Welcome to MockOverflow.online ("MockOverflow", "we", "us"). By accessing our website, generating camera view links, or using our augmented reality visualization tool, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Purpose & AR Visualization Disclaimer

MockOverflow provides a web-based augmented reality (AR) preview tool for poster and sticker designs. The interactive camera view provides a real-time visual simulation only. Because users can manually drag, rotate, and scale artwork on their screen, MockOverflow does not guarantee that physical products will strictly match the dimensions or scale shown in the preview.

Notice: MockOverflow is a visualization tool. We do not guarantee exact 1:1 physical size accuracy between manual screen previews and real-world products.

2. Link Generation & The Fair Use Rule

Independent creators and artists are permitted to generate camera view links for marketing their artwork. MockOverflow is provided as a free service supported through affiliate partnerships.

Affiliate Parameters: Generated links automatically embed MockOverflow affiliate tracking parameters attached to destination product URLs.
The Fair Use Rule: The service remains free on the condition that embedded affiliate parameters remain intact. Attempting to strip, alter, cloak, or bypass MockOverflow affiliate tracking parameters violates these Terms and will result in the immediate and permanent blocking of the affected links.

3. Third-Party Purchases & Marketplace Disclaimer

MockOverflow does not manufacture, print, process payments for, or ship physical items. When users click buttons such as "Get This Poster" or "Get This Sticker," they are redirected to independent third-party marketplaces (e.g., Zazzle, Etsy, Redbubble, or independent web stores).

Orders, fulfillment, payments, returns, and product quality are strictly managed by the respective third-party store.
MockOverflow is not responsible or liable for transaction disputes or physical order fulfillment.

4. Intellectual Property & DMCA Policy

Creators submitting image URLs to MockOverflow warrant that they own or hold all necessary licenses and permissions for the submitted artwork. Users may not submit copyrighted, defamatory, or unlawful content.

If you are a copyright owner and believe that artwork displayed via a MockOverflow link infringes upon your copyright, please submit a notice to [email protected] including the infringing URL and proof of ownership for prompt review and link removal.

5. Service Availability & Liability

MockOverflow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for maximum compatibility across modern mobile devices and browsers, we make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted access, video processing performance, or browser-specific camera behavior.
